Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

AI School Pakistan is a digital education product and customer-facing brand of Naqvilabs, a Pakistan-based IT services business. AI School Pakistan is not a separately incorporated legal entity.

The platform serves Pakistani students and professionals with free and premium AI education.

2. Information We Collect

Course progress and quiz state are stored locally in the browser when you learn without signing in.

If you create an AI School account with a phone number and password, we store your name, phone number, a one-way password hash, and account session records. Your AI School account and sign-in are separate from Seekho Asaan. We do not store your password as readable text.

If you choose Continue with Google or Connect Google, we store your name, verified email address, profile photo URL, and unique Google ID (subject identifier). We use your Google ID and photo URL for account identification and login. Your name and email become your account details, with checkout and certificate uses explained below. We never sell these details, and we do not retain the Google ID token, access token, or refresh token. Google-only accounts do not need a phone number or password to sign in.

If you choose Continue with Facebook or Connect Facebook when available, we request only public_profile and email permissions. We store your Facebook ID for this app and email only if Facebook shares one. For a new account, your Facebook name and an allowed profile photo URL initialize the account profile. Connecting Facebook to an existing account keeps its saved name and photo. A Facebook email is optional and is not treated as verified. You can create an account without an email or phone. We do not retain Facebook access tokens or request access to posts, friends, or advertising data.

Connecting Google or Facebook to an existing account is optional and must be started while signed in on your Account page. We do not automatically merge accounts because their email addresses match. If you choose to pay, we separately ask you to supply or confirm your payment contact name, email and Pakistani mobile number; that contact number does not become a new sign-in method.

Paid checkout records include the learner identity, payer name, email, phone, purchased membership or course, fixed amount, gateway reference, verified status and membership dates needed for access, support, reconciliation, and fraud prevention. Expiry keeps the account and saved progress. Card, bank, wallet PIN, and OTP fields stay on the hosted payment provider; AI School stores no automatic debit mandate.

If you submit the feedback form, we store the topic, message, optional name and email, optional signed-in learner ID, submission time, and a short reference. Abuse prevention stores a one-way keyed hash of the request identifier rather than the raw identifier in the feedback record.

Google Analytics collection is paused for the membership release. Account pages, checkout and payment references are not sent to Google Analytics by this release.

If you choose to generate a completion certificate, its saved name, course, issue date and completion type become viewable by anyone with its verification ID. Phone numbers and account details are not published.

3. How We Use Your Information

To improve the learning experience and public site usability.

To support certificate verification and platform analytics where enabled.

To respond to voluntary feedback or support requests.

To prevent repeated automated feedback submissions and investigate platform abuse.

4. Data Storage & Security

The platform is designed to collect as little personal data as possible.

No account is required for free lessons. Without sign-in, progress remains in your browser and clearing browser data removes it. With optional AI School sign-in, completed lesson keys sync to your AI School account so your progress follows you across devices.

Authentication uses a secure, HTTP-only cookie on the AI School domain and a server-side session record that expires after 30 days or when you sign out. AI School accounts, progress, certificates, orders, and entitlements use server-side access controls. Seekho Asaan accounts and sessions remain separate.

5. Third-Party Services

Our hosting and content-delivery providers may process standard technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) to serve and protect the site.

Fonts are embedded into the site at build time and served from our own domain; your browser does not contact Google Fonts when you visit.

Community updates and course enquiries use the contact channel shown on each page. Completion certificates are generated from the signed-in certificates page. If WhatsApp is configured and you open it, Meta's own terms and privacy policy apply to that conversation.

If you choose a Google or Facebook sign-in button, that provider handles its own sign-in and consent under its privacy policy. No Facebook JavaScript SDK or tracking pixel is loaded by this sign-in feature.

Historical Google Analytics reports may contain earlier public-site usage data under Google's own privacy terms. New analytics collection is paused.

6. Retention and Your Choices

Feedback and support records are retained only while useful for response, product improvement, dispute handling, or security. Payment and entitlement records may be retained as needed for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.

You can ask to correct or delete feedback or account-linked AI School data by emailing hello@aischoolpakistan.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained where law, reconciliation, or dispute handling requires it. You can limit analytics through your browser's cookie controls or Google's Analytics opt-out tools.
