Build a Reference File of Content Formats
Is lesson ke baad tum
Save enough context to study the sequence, then build the actual content from your own facts and assets.
In this lesson
Record the structure of a post without treating its words or media as yours. A reference file is sometimes called a swipe file; here it stores source notes and original test ideas.
Inspect These Sample Entries
The records below describe fictional posts. Their IDs are classroom references, not real URLs or evidence of popularity.
| ID | Observed sequence | Topic | Why the editor paused | Rights |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| S1 | Mistake→fix→checklist | Pen ink smudges | Error visible first | Reference only |
| S2 | Question→three demonstrations→limited verdict | Notebook paper | Tests answer one question | Reference only |
| S3 | Mistake→fix→checklist | Missing event venue | Error visible first | Reference only |
“Stationery” is a topic tag. “Mistake→fix→checklist” describes the sequence. S1 and S3 share a structure across different topics, but two saved posts do not prove that structure performs well.
For a real entry, also save the direct URL and inspection date. A bookmark or screenshot without context is harder to inspect later.
Worked Example
A bad adaptation says: “Use S1's exact opening, shots and music, changing only the product.”
Keep the abstract sequence and rebuild the expression from your own material:
My topic: Organising loose revision notes.
My evidence: A staged demonstration with my own blank sheets and folders.
Opening: Can you find the chapter you need in this loose stack?
Shots: Show unsorted sheets; add chapter labels; place sheets in labelled folders.
Final check: Locate the named chapter in the staged example.
Limit: No claim about exam results or measured time savings. This is an original test brief. It does not use S1's footage, phrase, visual layout or music. “Reference only” means the saved material is for study; it is not permission to put the asset into an edit.
An AI grouping prompt can use these text notes:
Group the supplied entries by sequence, listing IDs.
Ignore topic popularity and do not reproduce source wording.
Suggest one test using my own revision-note demonstration.
Call any explanation of performance a hypothesis.Hands-On Exercise
Create a small reference table with S1–S3, their structural tags and rights status. Write one pattern note that cites IDs without claiming a winner.
Add this fourth fictional record:
S4: A video about pens, told as a personal story with no mistake/fix/checklist.
Rights status not documented. For the poster exercise, use this fictional approved brief: Study Skills Workshop, 12 October, 2 pm, Room B. Your own mock poster currently omits the venue.
Decide whether S4 belongs in the S1/S3 structure group. Draft a new opening and three shot notes for your own event-poster checklist instead of copying a source.
Completion Rubric
S4 shares S1's pen topic but not its sequence. Leave it outside the mistake/fix group. Treat undocumented rights as reference only while checking permission or replacing the asset.
A supported pattern note says “S1 and S3 both show a mistake before the fix; I will test that sequence with my own poster example.” It cannot say the structure guarantees saves or works across every platform.
Your poster plan should use your own mock poster, highlight a missing venue, add the approved sample venue and check the details. No source wording or media is necessary.
A larger library is optional. Keep dated source records and rights status as you add real examples; do not collect twenty entries just to fill a quota.

2 reference sources. Open the source to check the details.

S1 and S4 both concern pens, but S4 tells a story instead of mistake→fix→checklist. Should they share that format tag?
