Repurposing One Idea Across Four Platforms

Lesson 19 of 24

Is lesson ke baad tum

Change the delivery format while preserving the supported facts, useful method and necessary limit in every version.

In this lesson

Keep the meaning while changing how someone encounters it. You will draft a small video, carousel, text post and Status sequence from one source card. Finished media production comes later.

Start With This Source Card

Fictional approved product sheet P1: storage box width 30 cm, depth 20 cm, height 15 cm. Price and stock are unknown. Audience: renters comparing a box with shelf space.

prompt to try6 lines
Idea: Compare width, depth and height before choosing a box.
Source: P1, checked 5 October 2026.
Allowed example: Label a dummy box with the three supplied dimensions.
Boundary: Those measurements alone do not guarantee practical fit or access.
Do not claim: Fits every shelf, available now, a price or measured space savings.
Assets: Own sketch or staged dummy box, no customer home or competitor footage.

Worked Example

Two complete draft treatments:

TikTok demonstration script

prompt to try6 lines
Opening: Will the box fit the space you have?
Shot 1: Label the dummy box: 30 cm wide, 20 cm deep, 15 cm high.
Shot 2: Show width, depth and height on a blank shelf sketch.
Line: Compare all three measurements; also check room to reach and remove the box.
Action: Measure your space before choosing.
Caption: Sample dimensions from P1. Measurements alone do not guarantee fit.

Instagram carousel copy

prompt to try4 lines
Panel 1: Before choosing a storage box, compare three measurements.
Panel 2: Sample box: width 30 cm, depth 20 cm, height 15 cm. Compare each with the shelf.
Panel 3: Leave room to reach and remove it. Dimensions alone do not guarantee fit.
Caption: Save this measurement checklist; use the current product sheet for your box.

The video uses a visible demonstration; the carousel uses a reference sequence. Neither is only “click for the secret.” Their core method and limit are present in the draft itself.

Hands-On Exercise

Finish the set with:

  • A LinkedIn text post of four or five sentences: name the measuring mistake, give the three sample values, explain the limit and ask one relevant question.
  • Two WhatsApp Status frames: one gives the three measurements and comparison action; the other states the access/fit limit. Number the frames so the sequence is clear.

Then change P1 to P2: width is corrected to 32 cm, while depth and height stay unchanged. Mark every place across all four drafts that needs updating. Keep a four-row source map: platform, source version, copied facts and preserved limit.

You may use AI to draft the two new versions from the complete card. Ask it to preserve the unknowns and return a source map, then inspect that map yourself. No account or publishing is required.

Completion Rubric

All four drafts must show width, depth and height, the comparison action and the practical-fit limit. The text post should read as an explanation; the Status sequence should remain readable as short frames. Distinct packaging does not require inventing different facts.

After correction, every visible 30 cm becomes 32 cm and each source record changes to P2. The 20 cm depth and 15 cm height remain. A corrected source map beside an old visible number is still a failed update.

Choose a future rollout order from your own feedback history, or label the first platform as a test. Raw counts across platforms do not establish where this idea works best.
