Turn Comments and DMs Into a Question Bank

A useful question bank keeps the question while protecting the person. You will route six fictional records and group the usable ones by the decision being asked about.
Inspect the Supplied Records
These are invented classroom records. The final row demonstrates a category to exclude; it contains no actual medical or identity details.

Worked Example
Remove WA-06 before sending any rows to AI. Group the remaining five manually, or use this prompt with the five permitted rows:

List every supporting ID. Keep single questions visible as singletons.
Do not infer identities, demographics, medical suitability or audience-wide demand.
Suggest a direct-reply path and a general content idea. Do not invent shop policy.A reasonable grouping is:

“Delivery information appeared in two of five usable records” is a sample description. It does not mean two different people asked, or that delivery is the biggest concern in Pakistan.
Hands-On Exercise
For each of the six records, write its handling route: reply, general content, permission needed or exclude. A usable record can need both a reply and general content. Quotes and screenshots still require a separate permission decision.
Use these fictional shop facts to draft a reply to WA-02:
Coverage and fee depend on the delivery area.
The shop can check an area privately before confirming a price.
No flat delivery fee or nationwide service is supplied.Write a general FAQ heading from the same question without quoting the sender.
Now a seventh row, IG-07, appears: it is an accidental copy of IG-01. Predict the effect on the delivery count, remove the duplicate, and state the correct denominator.
Completion Rubric
A suitable reply is: “Please share the delivery area privately so we can check coverage and the fee before confirming.” The FAQ can be “How do I check delivery coverage and charges?” Neither invents a price.
After removing IG-07, delivery remains two of five usable records. WA-06 stays excluded and does not enter that denominator. Counting duplicate imports as new questions would inflate the signal.
An egg-free availability answer must not become a claim that an item is safe for a child's medical condition. Check and respond through the appropriate private process instead of using that story for content.
For later real work, collect only material you are authorised to review. Remove identifiers locally; a blurred name can leave a face, phone number or rare story identifiable. Keep source references separately from any AI input. Changing ChatGPT's training setting does not create consent.
